Have to say being a geek/nerd myself,  that Neila Rey (fitness blogger) has done an awesome job at making the fitness fun. Now if you could trie them too an Iphone app like how fitstar works I think there would be a slight craze. Anyways if you are geek like me and want to do some workouts and have something cool to talk about checkout Neila Rey’s workouts they are pretty cool.
